Cutting down on such activities can save you from undergoing this problem. If you eat a lot of junk food or food that has too much of salt content, you can be sure that you will succumb to high blood pressure that is one cause for this problem. Curbing diet is the first step towards hearing loss prevention. Cutting out unhealthy food and supplementing them with food rich in vitamins particularly B12 is very important to prevent Tinnitus from occurring.
One common habit that is seen with most people is that they tend to be very harsh with the way they use ear buds to clean their ears. This can be a real problem because such actions harm the delicate nerve endings in the ear and the result is you hear ringing noises and can be the cause of undoing for all hearing loss prevention steps. Use cotton swabs for cleaning ears very minimally and don’t do it harshly in any way.
